Throughout our lives, each of us has experienced physical or emotional loss. We have grieved the losses of friends and loved ones. We may have faced the loss of relationships, jobs, health, and vitality. Each individual grieves in their own way, and while there is no wrong way to grieve, there are healthy ways to cope with the pain and help us to heal. Join us for this free workshop as we explore the process of grief and loss, share experiences and perspectives, and discuss the possibility for future happiness that can result from our most difficult times in life.
