Join the Alzheimer’s Association, William Way Community Center, and LGBT Elder Initiative for a free community forum on Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and memory loss.
Participants will learn about the resources available for people experiencing Alzheimer’s and dementia, as well as their caregivers. We will discuss the unique needs within LGBTQ communities related to cognitive health and memory loss. You are invited to share your questions and thoughts about how we can better address issues of Alzheimer’s and dementia within our LGBTQ communities.
Feel free to bring a friend who has been affected by the disease.
Light refreshments will be provided.
