Registration now open for CARIE’s CHC Advocates Alliance Community Forum at Philadelphia Senior Center on May 8 from 10am-12pm.  This forum is for CHC participants and their advocates who have a basic understanding of CHC but want to learn more or share their experiences.  CARIE will moderate a panel of staff from Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) and all three CHC plans, who will provide brief remarks and then respond to audience questions.  The event is free, but registration is required.  Thank you, Philadelphia Senior Center, for hosting this event!
