The LGBT Elder Initiative is celebrating its 10-Year Anniversary this year to commemorate a decade of work in support of our LGBT older adult communities in the Greater Philadelphia region!

While we cannot meet in person this year, we are excited for a series of engaging virtual events, beginning with three virtual speaker events discussing current challenges facing LGBT elders. 

Join us for the final segment of our virtual speaker series: LGBT Aging Advocacy! During this segment, we will be joined by experts and advocates to discuss efforts taking place locally, statewide, and nationally to enact policies and legislation that address issues affecting LGBT older adults. We will also explore ways for LGBT community members, aging services providers, and community-based organizations can join in these advocacy efforts.
