Older homeowners can face many challenges in managing the costs of their homes as they age. For many older adults, making loan payments can become difficult and in some cases may lead to facing foreclosure. However, there are many resources available to help older homeowners to stay in their homes and manage the costs of homeownership.

Join the LGBT Elder Initiative and Community Legal Services for this free workshop to explore many of the options available to older homeowners. We will discuss the pros and cons of reverse mortgages, the rights of homeowners, and the foreclosure prevention programs that are saving the homes of older adults.

This program is free and open to the public:

-Light dinner and refreshments will be served

-Tokens will be provided to cover travel costs

Support for this program is provided by the Philadelphia Gay News and the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging.
