THRIVERS is a monthly discussion group for people impacted by HIV that relies on the personal expertise within our communities to help one another get the most out of life and to take advantage of the opportunities before us.

This month, we will be discussing ways that we can redevelop or expand our social networks. As we’ve grown older, we may have lost important people in our lives. It can be difficult to meet new people and to form new friendships, especially if we are isolated or are grieving past losses. In our Thrivers discussion, we’ll share our experiences with developing new friendships and strengthening our social support systems. We’ll also talk about the work that goes into maintaining our existing relationships and helping them to flourish.
